- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 6 cloves roasted garlic
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Mix cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, roasted garlic, and shrimp in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
