- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Stir in pesto and cooked linguine. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.
