Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp and herb mixture until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately.
