  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in cooked linguine, lemon juice, and parsley. Toss to combine.
