A delicious and creamy shrimp and parmesan tortellini dish that’s quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh shrimp for best results.
  • Adjust creaminess by adding more or less parmesan.
  • Serve immediately for optimal texture.
