- 8 oz spaghetti: cooked al dente
- 1 lb shrimp: peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic: minced
- 2 large eggs: beaten
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese: plus extra for serving
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper: freshly ground
- 1/4 tsp salt: adjust to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley: chopped
