Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in milk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot.
