A quick and flavorful pasta dish with shrimp, wild mushrooms, and garlic tossed with bowtie pasta.

- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups wild mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add wild mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a mix of wild mushrooms for deeper flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Fresh parsley adds brightness, but basil works too.
