A quick and flavorful pasta dish with shrimp, tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 oz shell pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Freshly grated Parmesan works better than pre-packaged.
