Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp turns pink, about 3 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, shrimp, heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute shrimp with chicken or mushrooms for a different variation.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
