- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp turns pink, about 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, shrimp, heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with chicken or mushrooms for a different variation.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
