- 8 oz pasta: cooked al dente
- 1 lb shrimp: peeled and deveined
- 1 cup sweet corn: fresh or frozen
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic: minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese: grated
- 1 tbsp parsley: chopped
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Stir in sweet corn and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
