Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Add mashed roasted garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan. Stir well.
  4. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix until evenly coated.
