- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
- Add mashed roasted garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan. Stir well.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
