Shrimp and Roasted Garlic Pappardelle

A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp and roasted garlic.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pappardelle pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pappardelle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add roasted garlic and white wine. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss with the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for roasting if possible.
  • Adjust the creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
