Ingredients

  • 8 oz farfalle pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in frozen peas and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
