- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3 minutes per side.
- Stir in frozen peas and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
