A creamy and cheesy shrimp linguine bake that’s perfect for a comforting dinner.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked linguine with the shrimp mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute shrimp with chicken if preferred.
  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
