Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups kale, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 loaf crusty bread
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions
