Description
A creamy and flavorful pasta dish combining tender shrimp and fresh kale with rich fettuccine.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine: cooked al dente
- 1 lb shrimp: peeled and deveined
- 2 cups kale: chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic: minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes: optional
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add kale and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Add cooked fettuccine and mix well. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Substitute kale with spinach if preferred.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to taste.
