A creamy and hearty dish combining shrimp, kale, and Alfredo sauce baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté shrimp until pink.
  3. Add kale and cook until wilted.
  4. Mix in Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
