A rich and flavorful shrimp pasta dish with a creamy peppercorn sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta: cooked al dente
- 1 lb shrimp: peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic: minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp crushed peppercorns
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and peppercorns, stirring constantly.
- Simmer the sauce for 3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Return shrimp to the pan and toss with the sauce. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Season with salt if needed and serve immediately.

- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Adjust peppercorns to your preferred spice level.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
