- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, stirring well.
- Add gnocchi and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
