Description

A creamy and delicious shrimp and cauliflower Alfredo bake that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix shrimp with Alfredo sauce.
  5. Transfer roasted cauliflower to a baking dish and top with shrimp mixture.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought Alfredo sauce or make your own.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
