  • 1 lb shrimp: peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts: trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic: minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper: to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese: grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add shrimp, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately.
