Description
A creamy and flavorful shrimp and broccoli pasta dish with a rich white sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta: cooked al dente
- 1 lb shrimp: peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets: steamed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic: minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, shrimp, and broccoli to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use any pasta of your choice.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Substitute heavy cream with half and half for a lighter version.
