Ingredients

  • 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
  4. Mix cooked shrimp with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the shrimp mixture.
  6. Place stuffed shells in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
