- 12 manicotti shells
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook shrimp until pink, about 3 minutes per side. Chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff manicotti shells with the shrimp mixture.
- Spread half the Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, arrange stuffed manicotti on top, then cover with remaining sauce.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Substitute with crab or lobster if preferred.
