A simple and healthy sheet pan meal featuring lemon-dill salmon and green beans.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets and green beans on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill.
  4. Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
