- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans (16 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions.
- Spread refried beans in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer cooked beef over the beans.
- Spread sour cream over the beef.
- Add a layer of guacamole.
- Pour salsa over the guacamole.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and olives before serving.
