Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans (16 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions.
  4. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer cooked beef over the beans.
  6. Spread sour cream over the beef.
  7. Add a layer of guacamole.
  8. Pour salsa over the guacamole.
  9. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  11. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and olives before serving.
