- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Arrange sausage slices on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
