Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
