Description

A creamy white chocolate cheesecake with a vibrant raspberry swirl, combining rich flavors for a decadent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 200g graham crackers, crushed
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 150g white chocolate, melted
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g raspberry puree
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla.
  4. Incorporate melted white chocolate, then add eggs one at a time.
  5. Pour batter over the crust.
  6. Swirl raspberry puree mixed with lemon juice into the batter.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
