1 (2–3 lb) boneless turkey breast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place turkey in a pan.
2. Rub with oil and spices.
3. Mix glaze ingredients and simmer.
4. Roast for 1 hr 15 min, basting with glaze every 20 min.
5. Cover if browning too fast.
6. Rest 10 min, slice and serve.
Cover loosely if browning too quickly.
Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
