Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.

  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add red food coloring and mix until evenly pink.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
