Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the diced pears with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and spread in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add cold butter and hazelnuts, rubbing into a crumbly texture.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the pears.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
