Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Layer bread cubes, turkey bacon, bell peppers, and onions in the dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the bread mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes until set.
