A quick and creamy one-pot chicken Alfredo pasta dish perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (480 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 250 g fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup (100 g) Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and milk, bring to a boil.
  5. Add fettuccine and cook uncovered for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid reduces.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
  • Adjust milk or broth if you prefer a thinner sauce.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
