- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups (480 ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 250 g fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup (100 g) Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and milk, bring to a boil.
- Add fettuccine and cook uncovered for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid reduces.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
