Description

  4. Add buttermilk, stir until dough forms.
  5. Divide dough into 6 equal parts.
  6. Roll each part into a thin circle and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Simmer apples, brown sugar, spices, and water until thick.
  8. Layer cake rounds with apple mixture, stacking them.
  9. Let cake sit for 24 hours before serving.
