- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into heart-shaped molds to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently mix in the strawberry puree.
- Spoon the filling over the crusts and smooth the tops.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Chill the mixing bowl and beaters before whipping the cream for better results.
- If you don’t have heart-shaped molds, use a regular pan and cut into hearts after chilling.
