1 1/2 cups crispy chow mein noodles
1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set sugar eyes aside.
2. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter until smooth.
3. Add mini marshmallows and stir until partially melted, leaving some gooey pieces visible.
4. Stir in the chow mein noodles and mix until everything is evenly coated.
5. Drop spoonfuls onto the wax paper and quickly press sugar eyes into each cookie before they cool.
6. Let cookies cool completely (10–15 minutes) before serving.
