A quick and easy no-bake version of the classic Italian dessert, perfect for individual servings.

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for 1-2 seconds, then layer them in small serving glasses.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly brewed coffee for the best flavor.
- Chill the dessert for at least 2 hours to set properly.
