- 1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Chill the crust in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and shredded coconut.
- Spread the filling over the chilled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
