- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 300g cream cheese
- 100g powdered sugar
- 200ml whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g strawberries, chopped
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a cake tin to form the base.
- Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
- Spread half the mixture over the biscuit base.
- Add a layer of chopped strawberries.
- Pour the remaining cream mixture on top.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the cheesecake.
