Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 50g chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Melt the butter, chocolate, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Mix the melted chocolate mixture with the crushed biscuits.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined tin and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Slice and serve.
