- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Coat each ball in shredded coconut.
- Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
- You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a different flavor.
- Add a pinch of salt if you prefer a slightly salty taste.
