Easy no-bake chocolate balls that are quick to make and require no oven.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  3. Coat each ball in shredded coconut.
  4. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy.
