Description

Easy no bake caramel cups with a crunchy base and creamy caramel filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into lined muffin cups to form the base.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Warm caramel sauce and mix with heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture over the chilled bases.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
