200g dark chocolate: finely chopped
100ml heavy cream
1 tbsp instant coffee: dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
2 tbsp unsalted butter: softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g cocoa powder: for dusting
Instructions
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just starts to simmer.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Add the dissolved coffee, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or until firm enough to shape.
Roll the mixture into small balls, then coat them in cocoa powder.
Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
If the mixture is too soft, chill for longer before shaping.
