- 1 cup cornbread: cut into star shapes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions: chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix black-eyed peas, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Arrange cornbread stars on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
