Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts: almonds, cashews, walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon: warm and aromatic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin: earthy and slightly spicy
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper: for a mild kick
  • 1 tbsp honey: natural sweetness
  • 1 tbsp olive oil: for roasting
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt: enhances flavors

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the nuts with olive oil, honey, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, and salt.
