Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed nuts: almonds, cashews, walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon: warm and aromatic

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper: for a mild kick
- 1 tbsp honey: natural sweetness
- 1 tbsp olive oil: for roasting
- 1/2 tsp sea salt: enhances flavors
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the nuts with olive oil, honey, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, and salt.
- Spread the nuts evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 10 minutes, stir, then roast for another 5-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
