Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, and salt to make a batter.
- Coat cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Mix hot sauce, melted butter, and paprika in a bowl.
- Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
