- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each hole halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, roll the donut holes in cinnamon sugar after baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
