Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until crisp.
- In a food processor, combine black olives, capers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and thyme. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
- Season the tapenade with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the tapenade evenly on each toasted baguette slice.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
