- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples, sage, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until apples soften.
- Place brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top the brie with the apple-sage chutney.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
