  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples, sage, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until apples soften.
  3. Place brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
